This picture was sent to me from Mariano, an employee at The Mobile Solution in Alderwood mall, Lynnwood, WA. The manager had this custom tie made for employees that go a day without selling anything. Mariano had a bad morning and was required to wear the tie immediately resulting in over $700 in sales.
